Hi Gang, Firstly I never believed in testimonials as I always thought they had been written by the friends and family of the company however.. having had the pleasure of your impressive training I have to write to say thank you and congratulations on delivering a perfect group of course modules to me. I said tongue in cheek on day one of my training that the instruction must be good as I was a training consultant and frankly I have to say it was outstanding. I understand Marco is relatively new to your set up but I would suggest you chain him to the door and kidnap his family as he is indeed an asset. His instructional ability is without doubt some of the best I have seen especially as most of it is delivered underwater! Every step slow and deliberate, excellent hand signals which left me in no doubt as to what exercise he was demonstrating and indeed what he expected from me. On one occasion due to my over confidence I found myself in difficulty and choking underwater wishing to make a rapid accent to the surface. Marco calmly and handled the situation and having also now completed the 'Dive rescue' course myself I understand not only what he did, but why he did it and his method of bringing the situation under control.

The whole two weeks training have taken me from a complete novice with only two 'try dives' under my weight belt to becoming a confident diver ..I can even remain static in the water head down inches off the bottom after my 'Peek Buoyancy' training!

The facilities demonstrate a safe and knowledgeable approach to your diving. Your staff are helpful and remain as far as I can see dedicated to diving and I wish also to thank Daniel for his time and coming to the dive shop after his working hours to assist me in finding the right equipment to purchase. As a Fire Officer I have been involved in Emergency procedures for over 20rs and it would have been difficult to train me with my prior knowledge however his delivery of the Emergency Responder course was also of a high standard and again this helped me to become a confident diver who can also say can handle any dive emergencies that may arise

My final thank you goes to Davine who put together an excellent package of courses and at cost which reflected the commitment to diving standards not output in numbers. A 'Padi' course prior to attending your facility was seen be myself as a dull necessity to get me diving, a kind of 'tick in the box' set up. This was due to my try dive experiences. Having done the Padi Open water, Advanced, Rescue and Nitrox dive courses I understand now the importance of not only doing the training but researching into the training provider.

Diving although a safe and excellent sport .. is inherently hazardous.. researching training providers will ensure your building blocks are in place and when an emergency does arise you are able to handle it and continue with the dive and enjoy a long and safe diving career. It was interesting to witness some divers on the dive boats missing out important pre entry checks, hoses tangled etc and some skills not carried out correctly. I know my dive instructor would have never let me dive without his full confidence and passing on his wealth of knowledge to enable me not only to dive safe but also identify poor practice in others which will allow me to assist others in their safe diving in the future.

Finally.. Thailand!! No words can express my love for the place. I will return and no doubt one day have a one way ticket!

Anyone thinking of taking up diving.. do yourself a favour, go down, go under with PRO-TECH, and dive with the 'Master' - Marco. AKA - 'YODA' - the dive Jedi!
