NEW for 2008/9 at Pro-tech Dive College, Phuket, Thailand.

As our 2009 season fast approaches we have some new centre developments, new products for sale and new trips for all visiting our Thailand facility for some great diving adventures with their rebreathers.

We have built new custom workstations for daily preparation and unit maintenance, a larger post dive rebreather cleaning area, brought a new booster and now carry a larger stock of consumables for most major rebreathers. We also have a few new toys to play with as well.

Pro-Tech is now an authorized dealer for all Silent submersion products including the NEW N-19 saltwater DPV. We have units available to hire and train o during you visit.

NEW AP EVOLUTION PLUS- This unit encompasses the larger Inspiration scrubber into the smaller Evolution combining the best of both worlds; a small compact rebreather with the larger longer duration scrubber, all with built in decompression. Email us for more information and course availability.

ISC Megalodon with Shearwater Pursuit. The latest version 2.7 megalodon with a hardwired shearwater pursuit, full trimix gradient factor based decompression computer will be with us very soon. It will be available for trail /demo dives and hire during training with pro-tech.

We are also working on putting together a dedicated rebreather only liveaboard for early February 2009, The trip will be a 6 day trip to similan Islands onboard a high end vessel TBC. All cylinder hire and dive sorb will be included on a full board bases. Prices will be confirmed in a couple of weeks but are expected to be around 1800 usd per person. Those interested should email us so we can forward you full details very soon as places will be limited.

All rebreather customers diving with pro-tech this coming high season will receive free Oxygen and nitrox fills and no hire charges for tank hire both onboard and off-board bail/ deco tanks. Just a little helping hand for the traveling rebreather diver.

Personal One-to-One Technical Diver Training

Our facility has trained hundreds of technical divers from all over the world. Having reviewed many different teaching methods we have decided to offer another option when choosing us for training. One-to-One dedicated Technical training.

It is evident that people learn in many different ways some enjoy the learning experience of being in a group, being driven forward by a groups success, others simply benefit from Individual attention that is provided only for limited periods in group training due to logistics.

For some, mastering the techniques and theory required to execute Technical and Rebreather dives safely simply doesn’t happen over night.

Our Aim.

1. Guaranteed One-to-One Instruction from our highly experienced Technical Instructors.
2. At a pace that suits the individual
3. Additional days training if required.
4. A totally flexible Course schedule.
5. Video or Photography session for a review of in water progress.

Candidates choosing this method of training are rest assured that they will receive a personal learning experience that gets results.

Dedicated Rebreather Centre

Pro-Tech Have invested in a new dedicated Rebreather section at the college offering sales, services and Training on the Ambiant Pressure Inspiration & Evolution with both classic and vision units, The Inner Space Systems Megalodon, and Drager SCR Range. We are able to offer training at all levels on our own units all year round.

We carry over 100 kg of dive sorb, plenty of Helium and free Oxygen and Air fills to Rebreather divers diving with Pro-Tech. For more information check out our dedicated Rebreather pages HERE

New for 2006

DSAT Tec Deep Similan Liveaboard Experience. This course is usually conducted over 10 days on dry land and day trips. However, with the help of Queen Scuba Liveaboard due to its vast dive deck space and O2 on-board, the course can be completed in 5 days (1 land based day plus 4 days liveaboard diving).

So not only do you get to experience one of the best technical courses available you get to dive the great depths of the famous Similan Islands. Who knows, you may even be decompressing with Mantas and Whale Sharks!

Total cost for this amazing package is 80,000 Thai baht and includes:
